Please don’t consider them as service provider!

My WiFi has been off for more that a week today!

I have mailed every available email address and even tried seeing them at their capetown office.

Waiting for the call center takes days and only to reach the front for them to tell you that the WiFi show active their side. I told numerous members of staff that if they can’t fix the problem that they must please release my account in order for me to get another service provider but no one gets back to me.

If you consider using Vox please don’t. Absolutely useless! The staff don’t take any responsibility and only pass the problem on to the next guy, only for you to never hear from them again. The one star I gave them can be considered a compliment as they deserve 0.
