Please don't believe the sales people

I have just had this system installed with asking the Salesman to only install this from when I pay which is the end of Feb. I stressed not to install it only once I have paid. He assured me that I will only pay from the end of Feb. The installation took place on the 9th Feb on asking the installer and the sales person why they doing the installation now as I only want to pay end of Feb, but was told I am going to pay only then. Only to get an invoice saying I owe R599.00 and they debited my account. I have tried numerous of emails and calls to get this sorted, only to hear on signing the online quote I has to read through it (i probably had to) but now its my fault. So now I have been suspended with very little help, and was told if I cancel then I will have the pay the R599.00 and R3000.00 for the installation because they tell you the installation is free(ja right)!! So why don't you just pay the R599.00 now(which i don't have) and then the R599.00 the 1st April instead of the R3599.00. Very clever hey?? Please do not believe the sales person and read the fine print before signing up with VOX!!! (lesson learnt)!!!!!!!!!!!! Sales person - AWOL
