Please consider closing your doors

Rather just close the doors!! After years and years of being a loyal consumer the service has gotten so bad!!! Promises of calling me back and they never do.

Ordered an LTE contract and waited more than a week with no communication from Vox. When I called to find out where the LTE contract was and when it will be delivered the genteman told me to call the delivery place myself.

THERE IS NO MORE HELP FROM VOX SO CLOSE THE DOORS RATHER IF YOU AREN'T WILLING TO HELP
