please cancel before been connected

I had cancelled with my previous ISP on the 26 July, installation on Vox was to happen on the 26 August. Due to the fact that I work from home as i have a high risk pregnancy, I indicated to the sales consultant, Project specialist as well as the technical support team that I want minimal service interruption to my line. Low and behold, that never happened. I contacted the project specialist at 12pm on the 26th Aug, no feedback or update was provided. I later spoke to someone from the Projects team who indicated that the specialist should have updated me on the status/progress of my installation. Monday morning the project specialist calls to ask if MFN came through to do my installation, how was I supposed to know that when there was no update given to me? She later stated that she knocks off at 4pm and she wasnt supposed to call me. As a fairly new client, i immediately regretted cancelling with my previous ISP. Im sure your calls are recorded so please pull them through so you can listen as well to how professional this project specialist was. I then tried contacting Vox telephonically, unfortunately, you get placed on hold as each agent needs to pull up your profile and tell you the same thing without trying to resolve the matter. "we are awaiting feedback from MFN". Eventually i ran out of airtime. I then resorted to the online chat, from being sent to pillar to post with agents trying to assist by getting project managers to get in touch with me I then get a call once again from the project specialist assigned to my case. She asks me about my router and service lights. Considering that i was unable to work from home, i was forced to drive into the office. I had a medical note indicating that i should not be driving and rather working remotely. I was highly frustrated with the attitude by the project specialist. It sounded like she was at a disco with the music so loud that i had to ask her to tone it down. Are your people catching a jol when working from home which explains the poor service delivery??? I told the project specialist that i do not wish to speak to her and that she should escalate my call to her manager. Still waiting for that call. I havent even been connected yet and I left an isp whereby i was paying less to move to Vox where i would be paying more, for what??? Even poorer service. Please cancel my contract as i do not wish to continue with Vox. If this is the service im expected to receive prior to been connected, id hate to stick around after, paying more for pathetic service delivery that no one can take accountability for. Iv been sent from pillar to post and it is extremely stressful and frustrating to deal with *********** people at 8 months pregnant. i do not need this stress in my life.

Please get your project specialist to stop calling me and asking me questions when I'm on my way to the doctor. I'm the one that's pregnant getting contractions due to the stress this situationis imposing. Why is she hyperventilating on the call as if she's giving birth and drops it rudely when I asked to speak to her manager.
