Please cancel 1 order

My husband apply for fiber online but experienced problems entering his account number therefore he could not complete the order. I tried on my side and finally the account number was accepted, but on the same day a consultant called him and completed the order.

The problem is he now has 2 orders pending. I called your call centre for 2 days but no one is attending to my calls, I stayed on the line for more than 20 min but no answer. I even sent an email and received a support ticket number but still no one got back to me.

Please cancel one of the orders - order number X*** can remain, please cancel the order for account number *** or can a consultant please contact me.
