Pleasantly surprised

This is a sales, customer service & delivery review. ( New customer) On Tuesday I ordered an LTE router & sim card package for my home wifi. The application & upload of documents was very simple. By Thursday I received an sms my doc's had been rica'd & today, 3 days later, I received my package by courier. Within a few hours of inserting the simcard it was active. I am beyond pleasantly surprised to have received such effecient service, the website did caution 5-7 days for delivery & 24-48hrs for sim activation ( I am considered in a courier outlying area, so I was expecting the full wait of 7 days) On my 2 calls, firstly to sales and the second to technical, the consultants were polite, friendly & incredibly helpful. Thank you for a pleasurable experience.

So far the wifi signal is good, but I will reserve judgement until some time has passed & I have fully utilized it.
