Pending Credit On Services Not Provided For.

It's been almost three months now, we have been trying to get a refund on call recordings services which VOX has been charging without providing them. there is a system called call cabin on which calls are stored and when we tried locating for all calls. Those calls couldn't be found, however our account was still debited for the services not provided for. when you call in, its either the calls are not being answered or when there is an answer you're told to speak to the accounts manager and when you speak to the accounts manager. he then refers your back to accounts saying he can't help and they are not allowed to speak to people at accounts. I have send several emails and called many times and to date I haven't received any confirmation of a refund which has been pending for two weeks now for someone to approve the credit on the next billing invoice. This is not the only query I have with VOX which has not been resolved. I am of a view that VOX is only interested in signing customers and not providing any satisfactory customer service thereafter.
