Paying R3750 after cancellation because they are ***********

The worst service ever! I've cancelled my account and communicated multiple times that they should come and remove the hardware, but no one has ever come or contacted me. After I moved across the country, six months later, they billed me a large amount and said I should've couriered it to them. Courier to where?! This is after they charged a R1750 cancellation fee. So just so you know, if you use their services you will be paying another R3750 after cancellation because they are ***********!
