Paying for something i am not suppose to
So i rent a ups for about a year now on a 2 year contract. The ups had issues and they had to send me a new one. It was the green one. So i got the black ups. Now i am still being bille for the broken one and now for the new one. What the hell. If it i try to explain this they answer that i am being billed for 3 items. Freakin stupid. Duh. I am only supposed to be billed for the black ups and the wifi subscription since your green one is not working. I dont think there are competent people working there. Even a 5 year old can understand.
