Paying for services I don't get since December 2021.

My wifi has been dropping since December and they have been send *********** technicians who do not even take their time to solve the problem. Yesterday I called for the 100th time and the technicians the phone on my ear. All I want is to terminate services and that too is a problem.

Good day , Siphatisiwe N

Thank you for your patience while this matter was being investigated.

We have received the request to cancel the services and the cancellation request has been actioned accordingly.

Fibre and Telecommunications Products are best effort Broadband Services, which does not provide full reliability on all additional services.
There is no Service Level Agreement between Vox and the customer with regards to resolution timeframes of downtime and provision of strength on different PlayStation/Gaming/Internet TV connections or any other services making use of the Broadband Services.
There is also no agreement which guarantees 100% uptime or a credit for downtime, should there be any.

We can also confirm that the Vox equipment was replaced and reconfigured,  For optimal WI-FI coverage additional boosters was also suggested.

Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us on *** or email, ***

Kind Regards,
Vox
