Paying for 100Mbps Fibre – Getting Nothing Close to That and Zero Resolution

I have been dealing with ongoing, unresolved issues with my Vox fibre service for far too long. The pattern is always the same: I log a ticket, the issue seems “sort of” okay for a short while, and then the same problem returns. Yet Vox continues to bill me every month for a 100 Mbps line, while I never get anything close to that speed. At times, my connection is so poor I cannot even stream a simple YouTube video.

Here’s the timeline of the latest events:

11 August 2025 – Ticket VOX***5: I spent almost an hour on the phone with a technician, being asked to reset and try multiple solutions. After the call, my internet was even worse. The technician said a specialist would contact me -------------------->> that never happened.

16 August 2025: I called again and was told that an onsite technician would come out.

Today: I log in to check my tickets - both VOX***5 and VOX***3 (Onsite Callout) are marked “complete,” yet no one has ever come to my house, and the issue remains unresolved.

Adding to the chaos, at some point Vox created four separate Wi-Fi network 'test' names in my home, making things even more confusing and inconvenient.

To make matters worse, I have repeatedly requested to be contacted after hours since I work during the day. Instead, Vox calls me while I am driving (once), and then sends automated messages telling me to contact their Service Center yet again. After nearly an hour wasted on one of these calls, my internet ended up performing even worse than before.

This is not just bad service - it is unacceptable. Vox’s own Code of Conduct provides a formal process for unresolved complaints, and I will escalate this through that channel if the issue is not addressed immediately.

I am paying for a service I am not receiving, and the repeated excuses, ticket closures without resolution, multiple confusing Wi-Fi networks, and lack of accountability show a shocking disregard for customers.
