Pay Vox for -No internet!!

The past month I spent most of my time fighting for my own WiFi to work. My account was suspended incorrectly by vox now my connection is not working this past week we struggled with WiFi to actually work every night. My daughter is homeschooling and my husband is working from home I've been stressing that to vox but still they don't listen! I spent so much airtime in calling them already it's exhausting! Can you please jus fix my WiFi because I cannot work like this and you are keeping my child behind here!
