Pay for something you don't use and cancel subscription

Good day my service at vox internet or wifi was very good for up to 10 months, but when i needed to move and had no anther choose to cancel my subscription the charge me for every thing .. 😢 i am a single mom and i did ask to just put it in the new place and still i will use them . But now they want me to pay for something i did not use , they phone me on my work nr and give me information i never gave them at all . And i will never ever let someone use vox because they are very nice first but try to let you pay for something you did not use .
