Pay back my money!!!

Vox refuses to refund me money that I overpaid it’s since July 1st going back and fourth having to call back for feedback myself cz they apparently can’t trace the funds, ****y customer service, never get back to me about anything. *******!!!! Y’all are ******* and il open a case refund me my money I don’t owe y’all nothing I want my money back!!!! I want

They now have blocked me from thier social media platforms telling me to refrain from using vulgar language, my power is on 1, I don’t have food and I don’t have money to go to work and I’ve been telling them this all day but they don’t care. I didn’t have a way home tonight cz they have my money my son needs food but I can’t cook cz my power is low cz VoxTelecom has my money and wont refund me
