Pathetic VOX service

I have recently joined VOX and must admit your service is shocking to say the least.

I was on a 4 meg up and 1 meg down line and have been charged double - over R800.

I then upgrade my account to a 10 meg up and 10 meg down which as per your site should be R649 - for the past two months you have deduced double installments on my account.

I beg you as your accounts department is useless to refund me immediately else I cancel the debit order.
