Pathetic vox is putting it mildly!

Vox should not even get a 1 star rating,pathetic service. Internet has been down since Thursday. When you call customer service your calls get dropped/cut off after you wait long to be helped,every time this happens, they do this on purpose. And very inefficient consultants, took a whole day and still no internet,can't even pick up the router wi fi signal on my device. Horrific service. Carte Blanche should do an insert on them.
