Pathetic Vox!
I am moving house at the end of April and gave notice to Vox on the 2nd of April, the first working day after a public holiday) to be told that I have not given sufficient notice and will be charged an additional month. This is totally unacceptable and doesn't make sense at all. Vox is an absolute joke and I do not know how they survive. They have zero flexibility!

05 Apr 2024, 12:46Hi,
Well that's the issue. Why must I still pay 50% when I am remaining a customer and just moving house?
I gave notice on the 2nd of April and you required notice on the last day of March which was a public holiday. So for one day I now need to pay you R450!
That is absolute *******.
For the sake of R450 you'd rather want to lose me as a customer with future revenue than give me a 100% discount? Where's the logic in that?!?!?!?!
