Vox Telecom, well not who they are when it comes to service delivery. Reported concerns with them via email two days ago, recieved a Ref number and then nothing further.

Phoned the office and left messages - no response. Aletta, Robyn de Keizer very ********, after leaving messages to be called back.

Certainly the clients keeping businesses running is of no concern to them.
