Pathetic Service sies

Pathetic Service sies So they send someone out to come do the fire installation at my new home and wow this guy says the fiber line is too short so they will install the router in my sons bedroom but I should not worry the entire house will have signal okay so i didn't have a problem with that as long as we can connect anywhere in the house to my surprise we couldn't even connect in the tv imagine we could only connect our phones when we are in my sons room .I advised them and they said they can only assist with sending someone out to come move the router to the living room. To date this has not been done in-fact they are giving both myself and Vox the run around very unprofessional even when they call it sound as if they don't really want to be assisting, I would not recommend this *** to any one i have been struggling for weeks now!!!!!
