Pathetic service no service!
VOX**********1: No connection - No internet I stopped counting hoe many times I called. I'm sitting with no internet and vox just don't care to respond. If I call the 087 number it says the number does not exist, I understand loadshedding but it's more then 8 hours still no feedback. This is very poor pathetic service. Nobody got back to me so it looks like another day without wifi

17 Jan 2023, 11:59Today I used R60 of airtime to call Vox sadly nobody picks up, the lady on option:5 switchboard is useless she's just there to get rid of you and put byou back in the queue.
