Pathetic service, no internet connection

Worst service!!! Fiber not working, they don't answer when called and don't even bother to answer emails! Paying for fiber that only connect for 5 minutes a day!! We have gone 3 days now with no internet connection, i have been on hold for hours and nothing. Please save yourself the frustration and just use another provider
