Pathetic service is an understatement

Please don't make the same mistake like us. Binded by a one year contract when told its month to month. That's the smallest problem though, their customer is service is terrible, after spending 100s just to contact them. Pathetic is an understatement because after spending months fixing a problem, the same one is occurring and once again 100s need to be spent just for it to be resolved. You pay more to contact vox then what you pay for the actual service. So if you looking to pay tripple the amount you signed, then go to Vox.
