Pathetic service I regret contacting them
Ordered a ups on the 26 of November, today it’s the 18th of December haven’t received the device. To make matters worse they customer service is pathetic no call or communication whatsoever. Tried call more than 3 times no respond at all you will hang on to a call for almost 30 min. Tried to cancel online but it tells me I need to pay cancellation😫
