Again pathetic service from Vox who provide false advertising claiming to b the best service provider. After numerous requests to get the fiber sorted we finally get a call on Thursday 13/2/2020 to confirm that in 3 to 4 working days the technician will come out to have the fiber all sorted - which I think was merely in response to my initial hello peter compliant. a week later and no call and still no Fiber … looking for alternative providers
