PATHETIC SERVICE FROM VOX TELECOM

I have called Vox over 40 times to get services sorted out and NOTHING.

I have spoken to and left messages for Thara, Mishqua, Jason Ford, Johan Becker and several others.

Some don't bother getting back to me, even though they promise, promise and promise again. The only person who even answers my calls and is helpful is Mishqua, (but she says it is not her department).

With over 8 properties with Vox, paying close to R5,000.00 per month Vox don't give a care in the world.

If you pay Vox 1 day late they cut off your services, yet if they don't return and resolve a single problem after 40 calls and several months, that is ok by Vox.

Even Telkom and City of Jhb give better service. (NOW THAT IS PATHETIC)
