Pathetic service from Vox Telecom

We have been using Vox for about 3 years, never had any complaints. But for the last two months their service has gone from great to pathetic. Our entire complex has been without internet for more than half of the last two months. When we phone them they say the problem is with Vumatel and when we phone Vumatel they say it is Vox's problem. We tried cancelling but was told that we need to make all kinds of payments. We tell them that their service is horrible and then again they point fingers to Vumatel. Tonight our internet just went off again, when you phone the 24/7 service line you have to wait in line just to get an answering machine after 10 minutes saying the person is not available. This is ridiculous!
