Pathetic service from VOX Telecom.

I have logged a call 5days ago. I did get a reference number, but no one called me. When I follow up (with numerous emails) on my call I only get a new reference number again. After sending an email to "***, some lady phoned me back and said to me that she will look into the matter and phone me back. Still waiting.... No use to phone the 'help desk' because you will lose all your airtime by holding on while waiting for someone to answer your call. Their client service is non exiting.
