Pathetic Service from Vox Telecom
<p>I contacted Vox on 15 July 2016 regarding a range extender and a nano sim card. Lamla, the salesperson provided a pathetic response. I subsequently contacted the Customer Complaints Dept. where Monica was helpful in trying to expedite the request. I am still waiting for feedback from Vox 8 weeks later. This is absolutely ridiculous from a company whose values include being efficient, providing quality service, respect and integrity.</p>
