Pathetic service from VOX Telecom

I have been making numerous calls to vox to assist in getting the line in my house released. The previous owner which has sold the house to me has moved out a month ago and I have been trying to get connected with my ISP which is axxess but I cannot because vox won't release the line.

I think this is very unfair because I have nothing to do with any issues pertaining to the previous owner

They transfer me from pillar to post because every consultant that answers the phone does not know how to deal with the problem. I spoke to WARREN JOHNSTON at VOX 3 weeks ago and he has promised to call me back... I am still waiting....
