PATHETIC SERVICE from VOX - JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH NO NOTICE!!!!!!

Appauled at the service now from VOX, I cancelled my subscription in March 2024 and they never collected the router, I left it at my previous company for almost 2 months. Now out of the blue, with NO COMMUNICATION at all, i get R1999 debited from my account which is all the money i have left for the month for groceries and now I get told 7-14 days to return my money Surely this is not acceptable. I am so cross and will never ever ever recommend them to absolutely anyone. The poor customer service woman was in silence telling me they mailed you, well no they didn't, so she mails me now saying well now you have the invoice, I was like surely you guys can call or mail or say hi please return router to this address or we billing you... 8 MONTHS LATER - what a useless company!!!!!!
