Pathetic service from VOX!!!
No surprise that yet again no customer service from Vox!!! Our internet service has dropped 13 times since last night and this is the 5th day this month with this happening. I send emails and get no reply just a closed ticket 2 weeks after my email. I work from home and I am losing money!!! I am changing my ISP TODAY!! I checked online to cancel my FTTH line but the option is not available and they don't reply to emails either. Pathetic service and they force you to stay with them. I have lost so much money this month due to this pathetic way you treat your customers!!! Why are my emails ignored???????
