Pathetic service from Vox

It frustrating trying to contact your support service. I have no internet connectivity for the last hour. Spent all my airtime on hold listening to terrible music. This is frustrating. Maybe it is time to find another service provider. Even contacted the consultant who signed me up. He was of no help either.
