Pathetic Service From Vox

Vox installed 20 MBS air on the 28th of March at my house in Port Elizabeth. To date the 17th of April the installation from Vox has not worked, nothing, nil. I have contacted Vox over eight times but all I get is Vox blaming Frogfoot and Frogfoot blaming Vox. Vox has told me every time that a call has been logged and that technical will respond, well I am still waiting for any genuine technical response. It seems that there attitude is we have you by the short hairs and if you don't like it, cancel and we will sue for installation costs amongst other costs. Meanwhile we sit with nothing except mounting phone bills and total frustration with the situation. Vox really makes the government/municipality departments look good. Kevin O'Connell
