Pathetic service from Vox
I lodged a complaint from Vox regarding an O/S balance and I was requested to settle the bill which I did and I sent POP to Melissa. She then advised that they will send courier to come and collect the router, till today no one has come through and I keep on getting statements regarding a ridiculous R1000 O/S. I am not happy as I believe this was supposed to be sorted out donkey years ago. I need this attended to and my name to be removed from your systems because I cannot keep on going back and forth with you guys!

I will not pay for delivery as the router was collected on the 29th . Please note a courier guy from SWV called and collected the router as he advised that he was sent by vox to collect the router, this is rather pathetic service and I dont understand why you keep on sending me letters of demand for things that are no longer in my possession
this has been a draining process and its time for me to escalate this to ICASA so that you guys can get investigated.
Your service really needs to be looked at as a lot of you have no idea what you are doing clearly.
Lose my details please and check your records
