Pathetic Service from VOX

Good day

What a pathetic service from VOX telecom. I did a cancellation with VOX as I was moving premises. Unfortunately the area I moved to,VOX didn’t have a service provider,and I was forced to do a cancellation. I’ve paid all the penalty fees as per their cancellation agreements Issues started when I was not contacted for someone to come collect the hardware. The courier service they are using did not bother to contact me to come collect the hardware. Vox just sent me an invoice demanding payment for their hardware that was not returned.The hardware has been ready for collection for weeks but nobody from their Assigned courier bothered to come to collect it.After complaining that no has came to collect the hardware,they make it as if ,it is now my responsibility to return it to their offices, which was not part of the agreement. After complaining they then sent a courier to collect the hardware. However come month end.I was debited for the outstanding hardware.I find this unacceptable, as I have done my part, and VOX is just quick to bill without providing the service. My Account has been debited and I demand my money back,as everything has been collected from me. I emailed the personnel that were involved in this, I am still waiting for feedback.
