Pathetic service from Vox

The worst service received.

Had a Fibre line installed, when with Vox as an ISP, engineer/technician came out on the 18/12/20 to deliver and install modem. He said line had a issue it will automatically be corrected within 24hours.

A week later I still don't have internet. There service is ****, numerous calls made. No one competent to resolve my issue, keep getting told its being escalated. It's so far up escalated that they forgot about it.
