Pathetic service from Vox

I really have had the worst experience with Vox. I lived in CT and upon immigrated, contacted Vox to advise that I will be leaving the country on 28 October 2023. I was told that the courier will pick up the router but no one ever came. I sent multiple emails to say please collect from my brother in law. Almost 8 months later, Vox sent a bill of R1999 charging me for the router. My brother in law dropped it off at the Head office in Cape Town on 25 May 2024. I sent in multiple mails and called to ask that the charge be reversed. No response, only a ticket number. On 1 June 2024, the amount was deducted off my account. After having my mother call on my behalf multiple times and sending more mails, I was told that they will refund my money. It is 25 July and still no money in my account. This has been a major inconvenience and a waste of my time and my money contacting Vox. I live in another country and I have to deal with irrelevant advise just to get my own money back.

I would advise anyone who wants to use this provider to definitely not use them. You will spend over 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone each time you call and continously be directed to other consultants without your problem being solved. Extremely unhappy with this pathetic service Cancel Vox!
