Pathetic service from Vox.

have been sent a bill of R1400 and my account was debited without authority.

I am not happy with the conduct of your business more over I am not happy with your service which doesn't work during the day when I actually need the internet.

Now I am going to give you the opportunity to rectify this as I am not happy paying for services that never works.

Please rectify your service before actually billing me.

So this means that for April I'm billed R 1000 for half a month for internet wifi service that never works.

This service is pathetic to say the least. Reading from other reviews seems their service is pathetic to say the least extremely disappointed. At this stage I just want to terminate my relationship with them.

My wifi was installed in Lombardy East and during the day the internet doesn't work at all and their technical staff calls me daily with the same enquiry and they can see it on their side that the internet it's off.
