Pathetic service from vox

I would not recommend Vox to anyone!

I app**** for Fibre to the home on the 4th of August and was notified that the order was processed on the 8th.

I have been calling every second day to get updates on installation. I was advised waiting time is 10 to 14 days after processing has occurred. I have spoken to about 8 different representatives... First the issue was that I already had a box installed in the flat, I asked to have it installed in the house. So technically move a box from the flat to the house which is 12 meters apart. Then their supplier Vuma said that our line was activated - this without the box being moved. Vox arrived at my house to install there box, but couldn't do it because the line had not been moved.

Thereafter vox said they had updated the order and sent it to Vuma... I called Vox again on Friday the 28th of August when I through my toys out of the cot and said I wanted to cancel my order. The guy I spoke to, said there would be cancelation fees applicable and that he could put me in touch with the project manager who could sort out the problem.

I spoke with her and she assured me that they would get this sorted asap. This morning I received an email from ftthfeedback stating they are waiting feedback from their supplier. So of course I rep**** and asked them to follow up, or if I could follow up. The response was almost immediate, they sent me vuma's contact details with an order number to follow up.

I contacted vuma, just to get told that the order placed by vox was incorrect and I had to notify them of this... No I ask you, I am vox's customer why is it that I am expected to contact their supplier and give feedback to Vox? I then sent a follow up email to ftthfeedback and cc'd Winny (project manager) stating the issue (doing their job for them). Just to receive a reply, the same reply I get everytime, we are awaiting feedback from the supplier.

I have been waiting from the 8th till now, 1 September 2020, and all I get is the same reply.

This is the most pathetic service I have ever received anywhere. What happens if I get it installed and there is a problem??

So if you can avoid vox I suggest you do so!
