Pathetic service form Frogfoot!!

We have been complaining about our wifi connection since July 2024 and neither Frogfoot nor AXXES attended to out complaints. Our neighbour however logged a complaint and not one but two technicians were sent out to attend to his query. We notified both technicians that out wifi was problematic and although both promised to attend to the matter they simply disappeared without any notice. T o make matters worse we are now stuck without any connection at all and when we reported to Frogfoot we were notified that we had to wait until Monday. That after their technicians messed everything up? And why does the neighbour gets privileged service? Does the colour of his money matter? Totally disgusted in service from Frogfoot!!
