Pathetic service

I am sure that there are consultants who actually want to work for this company and enjoy their jobs, assist their customers and the needs of their customers. Unfortunately I received a consultant who never keeps you up to date unless you threaten to cancel. Not to mention the fact that they never know what's going on. The few times she did phone me the call ended with her laughing at me. Send emails apparently she doesn't get it but then replies to that same email she didn't get the morning after the fact.
