PATHETIC SERVICE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM

Pathetic service from Vox, for the last four weeks, we have been having trouble with our fibre where the speed is so slow, it is buffering the whole time, we phone, get through and they say they are testing and changed settings, it would be fine for a day and then starts all over again, they would phone back during the day when not at home and ask if everything is fine, how would we know during the day..... the manager phoned and said we would have to do a test from our side and then that would be send to the technical department, why do we have to do their tests, when they can send a technician out so that they can test and see what the problem is, I have never had such bad service from a service provider, but you have to pay every month for a service that is buffering the whole time, and the technician wanted to know if we are streaming, well duh if you have fibre you would want to stream that is why we went over to fibre, and you can not cancel the whole thing then you have to pay cancellation fees, dont waste your time with this service provider rather look for someone else.
