Pathetic service!! Fibre cable was damaged by our neighbour. It's been TWO WEEKS, 100's of phone calls and still no assistance from vox! We've spoken to different technicians and managers, all with the same story which gets us nowhere. We were told by the technician who did come out to the house (two weeks ago) to buy the conduit and install the fibre cable ourselves. What a joke!!

Just got a call from someone at Vox. He says we must find a contractor to install the cable. When asked where to find such a contractor he simply says HE DOES NOT KNOW. Are you guys kidding? This is beyond ridiculous!
