Pathetic Service

The service from Vox is so pathetic. I have been struggling for the past 2 months to get my line sorted as i am having drops on my line. Each time i call in they do test but nothing is resolved. I had a Vox technician come out and he could not find the problem. I understand that he wrote in the report that the problem was resolved. It takes me ages to connect to the internet on a 200mb line and then the site bombs out because of no connection. I am not going to pay Vox until the problem is sorted and if they cannot fix it then they might as well cancel my account. I will not advise anyone to use Vox.
