Pathetic Service
I recently moved from another ISP because of the service that I thought was bad but the past 2 days with Vox has made my ex service provider look like the best thing since sliced bread. I have been sending emails, logging a ticket and the response I have received makes silence sound extremely loud. The service they have given me is disgustingly pathetic. I tried cancelling the agreement and I cannot because it is a new account even though I have not had any service from them. to anyone considering getting any service from Vox, my advise would be save yourself from a headache and STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM. if there was an option not even give them a star I would have chosen that option.

03 Aug 2023, 12:34I received a call from Thomas (Technical manager) and the only thing he can tell me is that the router that was ordered for me is at stores. He cannot tell me when I can expect delivery, this all when Bongiwe promised that I would receive this before the 1st of August and that my connection will be up and running. Honestly disappointed by this and would never recommend anyone to even think about Vox as a service provider.
