Pathetic service by Vox Telecoms

Please be very careful when entering into an agreement with Vox. Their service is absolutely ****py and couldn’t care less when the services are down. They don’t care to follow up, no telephone calls when promised to call you back. In the past week we (business) where off exactly 3 times and since yesterday 11 October 2024 still off now being 24 hours down. How do you operate a business with this kind of support. Not only poor service they are exorbitantly expensive, which I don’t mind however there is just atrocious service.
