Pathetic service by VOX telecom yet again

I have a fiber line with vumatel my provider was Telkom and moved my line to Vox a full month promises were made that I wont have downtime during the switch by Vox as that they just need to activate the line as I do already have fiber yet again all was just lies what a joke of a company you oaks have no idea what you are doing as your help line just send you in circles you should be ashamed
