Pathetic service by vox

Internet is down. Vox doesnt even have the courtesy to notify their customers of the internet which will be down. Ive tried to call their customer care call centre 3 times and everytime i had to drop the call after staying on the line for more than 10min each time without them even bothering to take the call. Pathetic i must say. And this very same thing happens every now and again exactly how i explained it here.
