Pathetic Service

Service is pathetic!!! I've requested for a change of ownership on 2020.09.09 - to date it hasn't been done! since my request, my connection has been cut every week as it appeared as unpaid on their side and every single time that I call them - it takes them 2hours to reactivate my connection. I have been without WIFI for 3days now as they've cancelled my contract in error and now tell me to wait up to 72hours! The service is extremely poor and when you try to call them, all they can say is that they're awaiting on feedback from management! I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to make use of this company! not for your home and not for your business!
