Pathetic service

I have been calling for the last 2 weeks to talk to someone in the cancellation department every time I spend close to 40min on the phone from cell phone to call you I have spoken to 2 people that said they would send me the email address to get ahold of you I'm still waiting for those emails and sms.

I wanted to cancel my lte and take up fibre from you but your service is bad and it has not improved at all in the last 15 months I'm sick of always having to struggle with you companies imcompatince and your services is extremely bad try and call and their is no-one their or if you pick up the phone gets dropped immediately. I don't know what to do with your company anymore and the fault never lays with you.

Please can someone from your useless cancellations department call me.
